4. Payment Terms

Fees are defined in the applicable Service Agreement.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another designated processor
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Services may be suspended for unpaid invoices
• A late fee of 1.5 percent per month may apply to overdue balances

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery
• Maintain access credentials for third party platforms
• Review deliverables within agreed timelines
• Comply with terms of any integrated software tools

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, and logos is owned by Apex Growth Solutions Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment the client receives a non exclusive license to use deliverables created for their engagement. The Company retains ownership of frameworks, templates, and methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business or technical information shared during service engagements.

8. No Legal or Financial Advice

Apex Growth Solutions Inc. does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advisory services. Clients should consult licensed professionals for such matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Growth Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will first attempt mediation and may proceed to arbitration in Erie, Pennsylvania if unresolved.

14. Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with any Service Agreement represent the complete agreement between the client and Apex Growth Solutions Inc.
